Call Center rates
The base rate are 0,50 €/min. (Only effective time, or talking time with agents). Exluded waiting time and transfer calls that are free for the client.
We need to consider those elements:
- The learning period of the agents about a certain campaign.
- Management time. Beyond the talk time of the call, if the agents must spend extra time doing other things.
- First setup of new campaigns or modifications of the old ones.
- Discounts for quantity of calls. they will apply over 1.000 calls.
